INTELLIGENT PAINT SYSTEMS
Intelligent Paint Kitchen (IPK) systems consist of a series of interconnected pieces of equipment that control in real-time, all the critical factors during the application process of paint, temperature control, viscosity, flow, pressure, etc., whose variables are measured with sensors and controlled with shakers, heaters, pumps and variators, among other accessories. With these systems, our costumers can have full control of the process automatically, so all parameters readjust in real-time according to the required operating conditions. We use the Graco system known as IPK (Intelligent Paint Kitchen).
ELECTROSTATIC COATING SYSTEMS FOR SOLVENT-BASED AND WATER- BORNE MATERIALS
Electrostatic coating systems include, additional to the equipment required for application, a spray booth to recover the material and a curing oven for this kind of applications.
