STATIONARY MULTI-STAGE WAHING SYSTEMS
These are modular washing systems that can be configured according to the needs of our costumers. This equipment is ideal when the system entails repetitive cleaning of pieces during the different productive processes of costumers and they allow to manipulate the pieces easily. Industrial tunnel washer
This is the ideal washing equipment for line processes, with piece front-loading and unloading in the back. They are intended mainly for cleaning, degreasing and removal of the different types of waste from manufacturing any pieces. These industrial washing tunnels are usually formed by prewashing, washing, rinsing and drying stages. These are flexible systems that allow us to incorporate the surface treatments needed by our costumers. According to the pieces to be treated, different conveyor can be used to get the pieces completely clean for the following process after treatment. This washing equipment requires critical integration in the process to control the cleaning level, contaminants, piece-per-hour production, as well as the physical characteristics; such pieces will establish regarding the designing and performance parameters. MANUAL WASHING SYSTEMS
Manual washing systems reduce and control the costs of manual processes as they use high-pressure washers, water recycling systems and wash booths. The benefit of these washing stations is to control the work settings by adding new capacities to the operations, such as degreasing, pretreatment, rinsing with no stains, wash water or phosphate recovery and recycling, or other needs within the process.
